Magizhchi Tamil Movie Story:
Thiravi (gauthaman) is a government teacher at the Iraniyal village and his sister (karthika) is his whole life. Thiravi has got a happy family in the form of his parents, granny and he also has a love affair in the form of Kuzhali (anjali). But trouble begins in the form of Sevatha Perumal (sampath) who marries Thiravi's sister and in no time, he sends her back home with the allegation that she cannot be a mother. Complications rise and to add to it, Kuzhali gets married to an outsider against her wish. Just when Thiravi gives up, help comes in the form of his friend (seeman). What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Magizhchi Tamil Movie Presentation:
The director has come up with a well knit tale and it has been good in terms of presentation and narration. The dialogues were neat, the script was apt and the screenplay was good. Background score was catchy and songs were the highlight. The real credit goes to the camera department for the visuals. Editing could have been better at few places. Costumes were apt and art department was okay. Gauthaman shows conviction in his performance. Anjali looks naturally beautiful and sensuous, Karthika was neat, Sampath Raj was effective, Seeman was nice. Ganja Karuppu brought few smiles, Prakashraj was perfect, Sukumari was standard.
Magizhchi Tamil Movie Conclusion:
The film is based on the novel 'Thalaimuraigal' written by Neela Padmanabhan and the makers made their best efforts not to divert from the story. While the first half was about the elements of brother-sister affection, romance and other family elements, the second half gets into few twists and the regular rescue act. Overall, this is a film that will run well in the B and C centers and will be an above average grosser at the box office.
